We respect your time. Verification usually takes up to 24-48 hours on business days. If we need additional information, we will contact you via email.

DECISION & ONBOARDING

Upon acceptance, you will receive a "welcome pack": login details for the Client Panel, an invitation to the private Discord server, and contact info for your account manager.

From now on, you are part of the alliance. Gain access to private Discord channels, knowledge exchange, and group hardware orders on preferential terms.

We aggregate orders from dozens of entities. A small studio buying 5 PCs benefits from discounts negotiated for a volume of 100+ units. We negotiate directly with vendors to unlock price tiers unavailable to individual companies.

Yes. While the core components (CPU/GPU) are often fixed to secure the discount, you can usually customize RAM, storage, and warranty terms for your specific needs.

Formalities & Logistics

Biossphere Guild is managed by the biossphere team, operating in the gaming and esports market for years. Treasury orders are fulfilled under the laboratories brand, and invoices are issued by biossphere P.S.A. (VAT ID: PL9512578037).

Yes. We handle logistics throughout the European Union and (in selected cases) globally. We take care of transport formalities and shipment insurance.

We operate as a Polish commercial law entity. You receive a standard VAT invoice (23% or 0% EU VAT for intra-community supply).

We offer leasing, long-term rental, and trade credit (deferred payment) for verified Guild members.
